1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. These Regulations define the general rules and conditions of the promotion (in the form of bonus sales) conducted under the name "3 bonusy na 3 pierwsze depozyty", hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion", organized for Participants of betting organized by FUN PROJECT sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Cieszyn, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court in Bielsko-Biała, 13th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the number: 0000841641, REGON: 386085141 and NIP: 5482730537, share capital: PLN 2,000,000.00, operating under the brand name "LEBULL" and so referred to in the Regulations.
1.2. The Promotion is conducted in the territory of the Republic of Poland.
1.3. The Promotion is conducted on the website www.lebull.pl, including via the mobile application.
1.4. The promotion is valid from 12/11/2024 from 3:00 pm
2. PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION
2.1. Only adults, with full legal capacity, residing in the territory of the Republic of Poland may participate in the Promotion.
2.2. Participation in the Promotion is voluntary and possible only after meeting the conditions specified in these Regulations.
2.3. Each Promotion Participant is obliged to familiarize themselves with the provisions of these Regulations.
2.4. Only Customers registered during its duration may participate in the Promotion.
3. PROMOTION RULES
3.1. The starting promotion consists of three separate stages. Each Promotion Participant has the opportunity to use:
a) Bonus 100% of the first deposit (from the moment of registration), but not more than PLN 300, and a Freebet of PLN 30,
b) Bonus 100% of the second deposit, but not more than PLN 400, and a Freebet of PLN 20,
c) Bonus 50% of the third deposit, but not more than PLN 600.
During the implementation of each of the promotional deposits, before confirming the deposit, the bonus must be selected in order to be able to use the Promotional Offer.
In the event that the Promotion Participant receives the Bonus for the second deposit before the turnover of the Bonus for the first deposit is completed, the new Bonus will have the status of "pending" and will be activated automatically after the turnover of the current Bonus is completed. The same rule applies to the Bonus for the third deposit.
During each promotional deposit, before confirming the deposit, the Participant has to select the bonus by checking the dedicated box above the Deposit button in order to take advantage of the promotional offer.
3.2. Bonus 100% up to PLN 300 and Freebet PLN 30
3.2.1. To obtain the Bonus 100% and Freebet PLN 30, you must make your first deposit of at least PLN 20. The maximum amount of the Bonus that can be received is PLN 300.
3.2.2. To withdraw the bonus funds, the Participant must complete a turnover in the total amount corresponding to three times the bonus obtained. Only SINGLE or COMBI bets that contain at least one event with a minimum odd of 2.0 are included in the turnover. Bets can be placed both from the main balance and with bonus funds. The bet will be included in the turnover at the time of settlement (except for bets settled using the cashout function, which will not be taken into account when calculating the turnover).
3.2.3. Placing a bet with bonus funds will only be possible if the main balance is equal to PLN 0.
3.2.4. The Bonus will be credited to the account immediately after the deposit referred to in point 3.2.1.
3.2.5. The Participant has 7 days (counting from the moment the Bonus is awarded) to meet the terms of the promotion. After this time, the Bonus will automatically expire (cancel).
3.2.6. Winnings from bets placed with funds from the Bonus Balance, but not settled at the time of completion of the required Bonus turnover, will be automatically credited to the deposit balance after settlement.
3.2.7. The maximum amount that can be obtained from the Bonus after completion of the turnover will be equal to three times the Bonus received.
3.2.8. A withdrawal request will automatically void all active bonuses included in this promotion (which will also result in the loss of all funds in your bonus account, including winnings from bonuses that have not been transferred to deposit account). Voids do not apply to bonuses that are not in an active status.
3.2.9. The Freebet of PLN 30 will be credited to the account immediately after the deposit referred to in point 3.2.1.
3.2.10. The Freebet must be used to place a SINGLE bet with a minimum total odds of 2.0, on events from the pre-match or live offer. The Freebet must be placed no later than 72 hours after it is awarded. After this time, the Freebet will be cancelled. The maximum winnings on a bet placed using a Freebet are limited to five times the value of the Freebet and are calculated in accordance with the formula set out in point 3.2.12.
3.2.11. If the bet placed using the Freebet is deemed eligible for a refund at odds of 1.0 (e.g. due to retirement, disqualification, etc.), the Freebet will be forfeited, and such a situation is not a basis for the Customer to request the Freebet to be awarded again.
3.2.12. The winnings from the bet placed using the Freebet are added to the main balance as profit from the placed bet (the winnings are subtracted by the Freebet amount multiplied by the coefficient 0.88) and are calculated as follows: Winnings = [odds (total odds) x index (0.88) x stake (value of the Freebet)] - stake x index (0.88)
3.3. Bonus 100% up to PLN 400 and Freebet PLN 20
3.3.1. To obtain the Bonus 100% and Freebet PLN 20, you must make a second deposit of at least PLN 20. The maximum amount of the Bonus that can be received is PLN 400.
3.3.2. To withdraw the bonus funds, the Participant must complete a turnover in the total amount corresponding to three times the bonus obtained. Only SINGLE or COMBI bets that contain at least one event with a minimum odd of 2.0 are included in the turnover. Bets can be placed both from the main balance and with bonus funds. The bet will be included in the turnover at the time of settlement (except for bets settled using the cashout function, which will not be taken into account when calculating the turnover).
3.3.3. A bet with bonus funds will only be possible if the main balance is equal to PLN 0.
3.3.4. The Bonus will be credited to the account immediately after the deposit referred to in point 3.3.1.
3.3.5. The Participant has 7 days (counting from the moment the Bonus is awarded) to meet the terms of the promotion. After this time, the Bonus will automatically expire (cancel).
3.3.6. Winnings from bets placed with funds from the Bonus Balance, but not settled at the time of completion of the required Bonus turnover, will be automatically credited to the deposit balance after settlement.
3.3.7. The maximum amount that can be obtained from the Bonus after completion of the turnover will be equal to three times the Bonus received.
3.3.8. A withdrawal request will automatically void all active bonuses included in this promotion (which will also result in the loss of all funds in your bonus account, including winnings from bonuses that have not been transferred to deposit account). Voids do not apply to bonuses that are not in an active status.
3.3.9. The Freebet of PLN 20 will be credited to the account immediately after the deposit referred to in point 3.3.1.
3.3.10. The Freebet must be used to place a SINGLE bet with a minimum total odds of 2.0, on events from the pre-match or live offer. The Freebet must be placed no later than 72 hours after it was awarded. After this time, the Freebet will be cancelled. The maximum winnings on a bet placed using a Freebet are limited to five times the value of the Freebet and are calculated in accordance with the formula set out in point 3.3.12.
3.3.11. If the bet placed using the Freebet is deemed eligible for a refund at odds of 1.0 (e.g. due to retirement, disqualification, etc.), the Freebet will be forfeited, and such a situation is not a basis for the Customer to request the Freebet to be awarded again.
3.3.12. The winnings from the bet placed using the Freebet are added to the main balance as profit from the placed bet (the winnings are subtracted by the Freebet amount multiplied by the coefficient 0.88) and are calculated as follows:

3.4. Bonus 50% up to PLN 600
3.4.1. To receive the Bonus 50%, you must make a third deposit of at least PLN 20. The maximum amount of the Bonus that can be received is PLN 600.
3.4.2. To withdraw the bonus funds, the Participant must complete a turnover in a total amount corresponding to three times the bonus obtained. Only SINGLE or COMBI bets that contain at least one event with a minimum odd of 2.0 are included in the turnover. Bets can be placed both from the main balance and with bonus funds. The bet will be included in the turnover at the time of settlement (except for bets settled using the cashout function, which will not be taken into account when calculating the turnover).
3.4.3. A bet with bonus funds will only be possible if the main balance is equal to PLN 0.
3.4.4. The Bonus will be credited to the account immediately after the deposit referred to in point 3.4.1.
3.4.5. The Participant has 7 days (counting from the moment the Bonus is awarded) to meet the terms of the promotion. After this time, the Bonus will automatically expire (cancel).
3.4.6. Winnings from bets placed with funds from the Bonus Balance, but not settled at the time of completion of the required Bonus turnover, will be automatically credited to the deposit balance after settlement.
3.4.7. The maximum amount that can be obtained from the Bonus after the turnover is completed will be equal to three times the Bonus received.
3.4.8. A withdrawal request will automatically void all active bonuses included in this promotion (which will also result in the loss of all funds in your bonus account, including winnings from bonuses that have not been transferred to deposit account). Voids do not apply to bonuses that are not in an active status.
4. ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS
4.1. LEBULL reserves the right to exclude from participation in the Promotion a Participant who has violated the rules of the Promotion Regulations or the Regulations of betting organized via the Internet organized by FUN PROJECT sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Cieszyn, or has attempted to fraudulently obtain a prize by creating additional accounts using personal data that does not belong to him.
4.2. LEBULL reserves the right to refuse to accept or suspend the acceptance of bets on any event without giving a reason, and may also limit a certain number or type of bets at will - in accordance with the provisions of the Regulations of betting organized via the Internet organized by FUN PROJECT sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Cieszyn.
4.3. LEBULL reserves the right to introduce changes to the Regulations of this Promotion at any time. In such a case, Participants who take part in the Promotion have the right to resign from participation in the Promotion. Changes to the Promotion rules will not apply to bets placed before the announcement of the change to the Promotion is published.
4.4. LEBULL reserves the right to end the Promotion at any time, and will inform Participants about this in a message posted on the website www.lebull.pl. The end of the Promotion will not apply to Participants who have met the conditions for receiving a Deposit Bonus or Freebet before the announcement of the end of the Promotion is published.
5. COMPLAINT PROCEDURE
The Participant has the right to file a complaint under the terms and conditions specified in the Regulations for betting organized via the Internet by FUN PROJECT sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Cieszyn.
6. FINAL PROVISIONS
6.1. The Promotion Rules are set out in these Regulations. In matters not regulated by these Regulations, the relevant generally applicable provisions of law shall apply, in particular the provisions of the Civil Code, the Gambling Act and the provisions of the applicable LEBULL Regulations.
